We have a new trader. What do we need to do?

Fill out the financial market entry form and a Genium INET order form (if a new Genium INET license is required) adding the trader and his trading rights. You will find the forms in the how to become a member section under Membership.

One of our traders has left the company/changed position within the company. What kind of information does NASDAQ OMX Commodities Europe need?

The company needs to inform NASDAQ OMX Commodities in writing to ensure the trader may not trade on their behalf in the future.

If the Secure ID token is to be used by another employee, NASDAQ OMX Commodities needs a signed entry form (see "Membership” and “Become a member”) documenting the change.

If the Secure ID token will not be used by another employee, the company is responsible of returning the token to NASDAQ OMX Commodities.

When is the spot price published?

The system and area prices are calculated and published normally between 12.30 CET and 12.45 CET with a 3 minutes warning.

What trading  possibilities  can NASDAQ OMX Commodities Europe offer? How can I trade?

One may trade through our electronic trading system Genium INET Trading Workstation, developed by NASDAQ OMX . NASDAQ OMX Commodities Europe also offers a Trayport  and other Independent Software Vendor (ISVs) solutions. By utilising the Trayport  platform one may aggregate different marketplaces in to one screen. In addition, members are also free to use third-party or internally developed trading applications.

Market place services is also an alternative. Customers may call in their interests for execution service by our customer service team.

We have a problem with Genium INET Trading Workstation. What do we do?

Is there a functionality in Genium INET Trading Workstation where I can create my own spreads?

Yes, for strip combinations (where one may only buy or sell a strip of products), right click the price information window and chose the "Add to current combo" alternative.

For combinations where one wishes to buy one product and sell another, please check the "combo" tab in the same window. If you cannot find the desired combination contact market place services.
